From supporting the morning preparations, through the ceremony and reception, right into the evening, we stay focused on the details so you can stay focused on the people and moments that matter. It is ideal for longer wedding days, multiple locations, complex schedules, or simply couples who want support from start to finish.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
✓ Morning preparations support
We can be there earlier in the day to support the preparations, help keep timings on track and deal with practical issues before the ceremony begins.
✓ Full-day coordination
We coordinate the day from the build-up through to the evening, helping manage venues, suppliers, timings, guests and all the moving parts in between.
✓ Accommodation and luggage assistance
Where agreed as part of your plan, we can help coordinate accommodation-related practicalities and luggage movements so you are not dealing with them yourself on the day.
✓ End-of-night taxi arrangements
We can help coordinate your pre-arranged end-of-night transport plans, making sure key people know where they need to be and when.
