The Essential package is designed for couples who have planned their day but want a trusted professional to take over on the day itself. From the moment we arrive, we’ll make sure everything is in place, keep the day moving and handle the little issues that can otherwise become big distractions.
It is ideal if you are happy managing the planning beforehand but want the reassurance of knowing that, once your wedding day arrives, there is someone looking after the practical details while you focus on getting married and enjoying every moment.

We take charge on the day so your plans come together smoothly and you are not left managing suppliers, timings or practical problems yourself.

We liaise with your venue and suppliers, confirm arrangements and help make sure everybody knows where they need to be and when.

We keep an eye on the schedule, ceremony timing and important moments throughout your coverage so the day keeps flowing naturally.
✓ Room setup checks
Before guests arrive, we check that the room, key details and agreed setup are ready and raise any problems with the appropriate venue or supplier team.

If something unexpected happens, we deal with it calmly and discreetly wherever possible. We are also there to help guests with practical questions so you do not have to.
